Two Faculty Members from Alnoor University Defend a Master's Thesis Submitted to the University of Mosul
On Monday morning, September 9, 2024, two faculty members from Alnoor University participated in the defense of a graduate student’s thesis at the University of Mosul. The defense committee was chaired by Assistant Professor Dr. Maan Mofaq Nayef, a faculty member at the College of Dentistry at Alnoor University. Joining the committee were Lecturer Dr. Abdul Azim Raouf Suleiman, the student’s supervisor and faculty member at the College of Dentistry at Alnoor University, Assistant Professor Dr. Maha Anwar Hussein from the University of Mosul, and Assistant Professor Manal Abdel Jabbar Sultan from the University of Mosul.
The thesis, submitted by the student Amina Mahmood Younis, is titled "The Effect of Acid Etching on Color Changes, Surface Roughness, and Hardness of Enamel Treated with Hydrogen Peroxide Activated in Different Ways: An In Vitro Study."
The thesis explored the effects of acid etching and hydrogen peroxide activated in different ways, aiming to evaluate and compare their impact on color changes, surface roughness, and enamel hardness."
