A faculty member from the College of Dentistry at Alnoor University participates as a committee member in the defense of a Master's thesis at the University of Mosul.

Dr. Zaid Salem Tawfiq Al-Najafi, a faculty member at the College of Dentistry at Alnoor University , participated as a committee member in the defense of the Master's thesis presented by student Rahma Iyad Ahmed Al-Zurqi to the Pediatric Dentistry, Orthodontics, and Preventive Dentistry Department at the College of Dentistry, University of Mosul. The thesis was titled "Evaluation of Some Properties of Orthodontic Adhesive Materials Mixed with Nanothiobromine: A Laboratory Study."
The defense took place on Tuesday, September 17, 2024. The committee was chaired by Assistant Professor Dr. Afrah Khazal Shihab from the College of Dentistry, University of Mosul, and included Assistant Professor Hind Taher Jirjis, under the supervision and membership of Professor Dr. Ali Rajeh Mahmoud and Dr. Ammar Abdul Ghani Qassem, all from the College of Dentistry, University of Mosul. At the end of the discussion, Dr. Ryan Salem, Dean of the College of Dentistry at the University of Mosul, awarded Dr. Zaid Al-Najafi a Certificate of Appreciation for his valuable participation.
