A workshop at Alnoor University calls for quitting electronic smoking

The College of Dentistry organized Alnoor University, On the morning of Saturday, February 14, 2026, a workshop titled “Ramadan: Your Golden Opportunity for a Life Free of Nicotine” was held, coinciding with the arrival of the blessed month of Ramadan.
The workshop included a scientific and practical guide aimed at helping participants quit electronic smoking (vaping) during the holy month, by providing supportive health and behavioral guidelines to make and adhere to the decision to stop.
And the workshop was conducted by Dr. Asmaa Yousuf Thanoon,With the participation of Maysam Mohsen Abbas, amid noticeable engagement from students and attendees interested in adopting healthy, nicotine-free lifestyles.
