A faculty member from Alnoor University chaired the examination committee for a doctoral student at the University of Mosul.

Dr. Rafeed Kamal Jamil Saadallah , a professor at the Alnoor University chaired the examination committee for the doctoral thesis defense of graduate student Haifa Ahmad Mohammed. The thesis, submitted to the College of Dentistry at the University of Mosul, was titled
"Preparation and Characterization of Some Heterocyclic Compounds Using Electrophilic and Nucleophilic Cyclization Reactions." The defense took place on Thursday morning, January 9, 2025, and was attended by Professor Dr. Munir Al-Badrani, the Assistant President of the University of Mosul for Scientific Affairs.
